Bridges Adult Day Service provides a safe environment that promotes independance and companionship. Our daytime program offers families an opportunity to “take a break” from daily caregiving responsibilities, and allows the individuals for whom we care to remain at home for as long as possible. Individuals who attend Bridges Adult Day Service may do so on a planned basis, ranging from one to five days per week. All schedules are based on both participant and family needs.
At Bridges, we strive to meet some very specific goals for each and every one of our clients and their families, including:
- Maintaining or improving physical and mental functioning
- Adding meaning and dignity to life through companionship and activities
- Offering respite care and support to families and caregivers
- Providing the opportunity for clients to remain at home as long as possible
Bridges Adult Day Service is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. We are active members of the National Adult Day Service Association (NADSA) and Pennsylvania Adult Day Services Association (PADSA).
