Physical Therapist/Director Outpatient Rehabilitative Services

    •Minimum 3 years clinical experience with management exp. preferred.
    •A clinical license as a Physical Therapist and current state licensure is also required.

Nursing Assistant $2,500 Sign on Bonus

In an effort to hire qualified full-time NA’s the Rouse Estate has temporarily implemented a Sign-on Bonus of $2,500. The Bonus will be paid out in three separate installments. The first installment of $500 will be paid out upon completion of your 90-day probationary period. The second installment of $1,000 will be paid out upon completion of your six month anniversary. The third installment of $1,000 will be paid out upon completion of your one year anniversary. This offer is for full time and part time, new or re-hires only. Part-time employees must work a total of 24 hours per week to qualify for this bonus.

Care Cottage Companion-Per Diem or Weekend only

  • Qualifications: The Rouse Estate is excited to announce a new position to our organization. We are offering a unique opportunity for individuals who would enjoy being a companion to seniors and able to commit to working only weekends or occasionally on weekends as needed. As we work to provide more options of care to seniors in the community, our need for quality compassionate individuals grows. We are looking for staff at our Warren and Youngsville Care Cottages. Rouse’s Care Cottage Companions care for seniors by assisting with activities of daily living, attending to their personal needs and providing comfort to three seniors.

    Your role will be to provide assistance to three seniors living in a home setting where responsibilities will include light housekeeping and companion services in the home environment including housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry, and assistance with daily living activities.

    Per Diem:
    Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 10:00pm-6:00am and Saturday, Sunday 12 hour shifts (days and nights)

    Weekend Only:
    •Saturday and Sunday (6:00am to 6:00pm)
    •Saturday and Sunday (6:00pm to 6:00am)
