2025 Annual Report: A Year in Review

The 2025 Annual Report from The Rouse Estate highlights another year of compassionate care, organizational growth, and continued dedication to improving quality of life across generations. Major milestones included celebrating the 30th anniversaries of both the Suites at Rouse and the Rouse Children’s Center, alongside continued advancements in skilled nursing, personal care, and in-home support services throughout Warren County. The organization also achieved its strongest financial performance since the COVID-19 pandemic, driven by stabilized census levels and improved operating margins. Safety and quality enhancements, including medication bar code scanning and upgraded security systems, further strengthened resident care across the organization. Guided by strong leadership, community support, and a mission rooted in service since 1862, Rouse continues to invest in personalized care, employee recognition, and long-term sustainability through philanthropy, volunteerism, and innovation heading into 2026.

Rouse, Warren County’s leader in caring for generations, specializes in skilled nursing home care, rehabilitation, personal care, and child day care. In each of our service lines, our care is delivered to individuals based on their needs and wishes, rather than following an institutional schedule.
