Keystone STARs
Keystone STARs is a quality rating system that promotes improvement in environment and activities in child care settings. Rouse Children’s Center voluntarily participates in the STARs program and currently holds a STAR 4 rating on a 4-STAR scale.
Keystone STARs allows Rouse Children’s Center to:
- Further our teachers’ educations
- Purchase equipment and educational materials
- Retain high-quality teachers through education-based awards
